Held in the village of Llanbadarn, just one mile outside Aberystwyth, and supported by the Llanbadarn Community Council.
The climb, pronounced ‘Kevn Llan’, meaning ‘Back of the Church’ is a 200 metre monster, with a gradient of 25% and by far the steepest climb in the locality. Riders will start at the junction with Primrose Hill at the bottom, and ride to the finish line just prior to the entrance to Aberystwyth Science Park at the top.
Hill climb specialists are notorious for saving weight on their machines, down to the last gram. That’s why EDCO have developed their ProSport series of carbon wheels which combine light weight with aerodynamic performance. Visit them at www.edco-wheels.co.uk
